Whewee! This week has been crazy, hence the lack of posts! We've been in survival mode, just getting done the bare minimum to function.
Speaking of bare minimum, my meal plan this week is just dinners. We'll make the rest happen, somehow. I will be making a big batch of Homemade Breakfast Sausage to have on hand for whenever we need them.
Rodriguez Family Meal Plan November 5-11
Monday: French Onion Soup with Crostini & Gruyere (recipe from the Soup Goddess), salad with homemade balsamic vinaigretteTuesday: Leftovers
Wednesday: Stromboli filled with sausage, pizza sauce, spinach, and mushrooms
Thursday: Burgers, homemade buns (adapted for soaking), root veggie chips, Bubbies Pickles
Friday: Friends over for dinner (menu TBA)
Saturday: Leftovers
Sunday: Ham and Cheese Casserole from Real {fast} Food
