Rodriguez Family Meal Plan September 17-23
Breakfast: Leftover Oatmeal with raw milk, butter, and real maple syrup; herbal tea
Lunch: Open face tuna melts on Sourdough Bread
Dinner: Broccoli cheese soup in the Vita-Mix (I'll be using full fat milk and cheese, and real chicken broth)
Breakfast: Eggs fried in coconut oil & toast with butter, kombucha
Lunch: Leftover tuna
Dinner: Leftover Broccoli Cheese Soup
Breakfast: French Toast Frittata, homemade chicken sausage
Lunch: Grilled cheese with sauteed mushrooms, tomato slices, and fresh herbs
Dinner: Saucy White Beans with Zucchini over brown rice pasta
Breakfast: Baked Oatmeal (from Real Fast Food), raw milk
Lunch: Leftover Pasta
Dinner: Salmon Patties (from the freezer) with Lemon Dill Sauce, roasted root vegetables, salad with Maple Mustard Vinaigrette (from Real Fast Food)
Friday [slow cooker]
Breakfast: Leftover Baked Oatmeal
Lunch: Nachos - organic tortilla chips, seasoned beans, cheese, sour cream, salsa, avocado
Dinner: Chicken Mekhani, soaked brown basmati rice, leftover root vegetables
Breakfast: Vinegar & Garlic Eggs, sourdough toast with butter
Sunday [Usually breakfast for dinner, but not today. Our daughter is getting baptized today! Family is coming over for brunch, so I decided to pick a super easy dinner for whoever is still around.]
Breakfast: Smoothie, blueberry muffin (from the freezer)
Lunch: Egg Casserole (from Real Fast Food), fresh seasonal fruit, Chocolate Zucchini Cake (whole wheat, soaked version of this)
Dinner: Spaghetti & Meatballs (from freezer)
