What are you eating this week?

I'm linking this up to the following real food carnivals: Modern Alternative Kitchen's Monday Meal Plan, Monday Mania, Hearth and Soul, Fat Tuesday, Real Food Wednesday, Whole Food Wednesday, Healthy 2 Day Wednesday

  1. Hi there, visiting from menu plan monday. Looks yummy! I too am trying to eat more "real" foods, without a lot of complicated recipes or feeling like I've got to make every single change overnight. I am about 80-20% right now on positive choices. Yay! Your enchiladas with white beans look intriguing; we make chicken enchiladas but without beans. I may try that!

    1. Thanks for visiting Angela! I'm hoping to post the recipe for the enchiladas soon. They're really yummy! Congratulations on making positive changes to your diet! It's hard work at first but it gets easier as you get used to eating this way. Keep it up!

  2. I love seeing other peoples menu plans, it gives such great ideas. I love the ricotta crepe idea. Whenever I make cheese I have a ton of whey that will yield a cup of ricotta for every gallon of milk I used. So I am always looking for ricotta based dishes.

Thanks for linking up to Healthy 2day Wednesaday. Hope to see you back next Wednesday.

  3. This whatsis is really consultative and encouraging I am perception impudent for many nutritious and upbeat collateral accumulation.
