Happy New Year, friends!
I hope you've all been having a wonderful holiday season! I've been enjoying a time of rest at my parents' house, and my kids are soaking up some grandma & grandpa time. I'm feeling refreshed and inspired for the new year, so I thought I'd share with you my hopes for Plus Other Good Stuff in 2013! Here's what I'm excited about:

Get More Sleep in 2013: a Series
One of my resolutions for 2013 is to get more sleep. I realized recently that it has been a long time since I felt like I was regularly waking up rested. So I'm going to go to bed earlier, take measures to sleep more soundly, and troubleshoot some of my kids' sleep issues. I'm going to share my journey with you and give you tips I learn along the way so that you, too can Get More Sleep in 2013!
Easy Changes Series Continues
