Meal Plan October 29-November 4

Chard-Mushroom Quiche with Sourdough Crust

 After a somewhat jarring transition from being out of town, I'm back to meal planning as usual. I hate deciding what is for dinner the day of. Thank goodness that's over!

Rodriguez Family Meal Plan October 29 - November 4


Monday
Breakfast: Oatmeal with butter, maple syrup, apples, and raw milk
Lunch: Egg salad (hard boiled eggs, homemade mayo, yogurt, celery, onion, mustard, paprika, dill) on sprouted toast with butter
Dinner: Pizza (crust from Real {Fast} Food) topped with one-minute pizza sauce, cheese, local Italian sausage, and veggies, cherry lemon water kefir

Tuesday
Breakfast: Leftover oatmeal
Lunch: Lentils from the freezer with Muenster cheese, sourdough toast with butter
Dinner: Leftover Pizza, cherry lemon water kefir

Wednesday
Breakfast: Fried eggs, sauteed kale, sprouted toast, pineapple kombucha
Lunch: Grilled cheese, Bubbies pickles, root vegetable chips
Dinner: Brown rice pasta with tomato cream sauce, sauteed mushrooms, and salad with balsamic reduction & olive oil

Thursday
Breakfast: Soaked whole wheat pumpkin pancakes (from the freezer), homemade chicken breakfast sausage, raw milk
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: Date night!

Prep: soak English Muffins

Friday
Breakfast: ham & eggs, toast with butter, pineapple kombucha
Lunch: tuna salad (make enough for tomorrow's lunch)
Dinner: Slow-cooker lentil rice casserole

Prep: Bake English Muffins

Saturday
Breakfast: Soaked whole wheat pumpkin pancakes (from the freezer), homemade chicken breakfast sausage, raw milk
Lunch: tuna salad
Dinner: Lefovers

Prep: Make Sourdough Crust

Sunday
Breakfast: Sprouted bagel with cream cheese, pumpkin spice smoothie
Lunch: English Muffin Pizzas, cherry lemon water kefir
Dinner: Quiche with Sourdough Crust
