Homemade Mac & Cheese with Kale and Peas

Monday [soup/stew]
Breakfast: Eggs fried in coconut oil & toast with butter, kombucha
Lunch: Monte Cristos made with Homemade Chicken Lunchmeat, salad with homemade dressing
Dinner: Pumpkin Black Bean Soup, corn muffins from the freezer (from Sourdough A-Z)



Tuesday [leftovers]
Breakfast: Blender Pancakes (from Real Fast Food), raw milk, fruit
Lunch: Monte Cristos made with Homemade Chicken Lunchmeat
Dinner: Leftover Soup & Muffins

Wednesday [pasta/pizza]
Breakfast: Breakfast Burritos (freeze the rest to pull out for quick breakfasts), kombucha
Lunch: Open face tuna melts on Honey-Oatmeal Bread
Dinner: Pizza (crust from Real Fast Food) with roasted zucchini, peppers, and onions

Thursday [meat+vegetables]
Breakfast: Baked Oatmeal from Real Fast Food (never did get around to it last week...), raw milk
Lunch: Leftover Tuna
Dinner: Crazy Good Coffee Pot Roast, mashed potatoes, salad with homemade dressing

Friday [slow cooker]
Breakfast: Leftover Baked Oatmeal, raw milk
Lunch: Leftover Pizza
Dinner: Crock pot lentils with Chorizo

Saturday [leftovers]
Breakfast: Vinegar & Garlic Eggs, sourdough toast with butter, kombucha
Lunch: Leftover lentils
Dinner: Leftover pot roast


Sunday  [breakfast for dinner]
Breakfast: Smoothie, Sprouted Bagel with Cream Cheese
Lunch: Easy Homemade Mac & Cheese
Dinner: Breakfast Pizza (from Real Fast Food))

    1. Lulu, I don't! I found a brand at the health food store with good ingredients. I haven't mastered bagels yet and with two young kids now is not the time. :) Maybe someday!

    3. Just got up and looked in the freezer. :) They are Alvarado St. Bakery. They do have some refined flour in them but other than that the ingredients are good and I think they are pretty tasty!
